Modernist Building Conservation Survey.

The Eden survey team have been undertaking a Conservation Assessment Report & Specialist Material Advice to The Exterior Tesserae St. Andrew’s House, Milton St, Glasgow. The building is both striking and unforgiving, designated Category A. Designed by Skinner, Bailey & Lubetkin and built between 1967 and 1970. A utilitarian mix of tesserae, concrete, stone and glass. The building has a fascinating cultural & social history.
